A Perfect Day in Toronto

Canada is a destination that is ripe for exploration when safety allows. Thanks to our long-term connections with partners across the Great White North, we know how to create the ideal itinerary in every city and territory. Add in the SELECT benefits you receive for booking through our agency, and this could be your perfect day in Toronto.
7:22 AM

Start your day with breakfast at Bisha Hotel Toronto, where you will enjoy a hearty breakfast for two at KOST, an elegant, 44th-floor rooftop restaurant with panoramic views of the city, including the skyline-defining CN Tower. Breakfast, of course, is complimentary thanks to booking your stay through our agency.

8:31 AM

Elevate up the CN Tower. Canada's National Tower is the tallest freestanding structure in the Americas, standing a hair over 1,815 feet in height. Depending on your comfort level, you can enjoy the jaw-dropping views from the LookOut Level (1,136 feet high), the SkyPod (1,465 feet high) or, for the bravest, the see-through Glass Floor (1,122 feet high).

10:45 AM

Next, tackle something a little less adrenaline-inducing: shopping. Head over to St. Lawrence Market, once named the world's best food market by National Geographic, to find fresh produce, delicious snacks and artisanal goods sold from over 120 vendors. Antique dealers and handmade arts can also be found here on weekends.

12:48 PM

Hop on a ferry and ride over to Centre Island for lunch at Toronto Island BBQ & Beer Co. The BBQ is cooked to perfection through a "Low and Slow" smoking process, and the local beers go down nice and easy. But the main draw here is the amazing view of downtown over Lake Ontario from their patio. Pro tip: this is a great spot to try poutine!

2:22 PM

Spend the afternoon at one of the city's many marvelous museums. While the Bata Shoe Museum and the Hockey Hall of Fame might be bigtime draws to some people, we recommend the Royal Ontario Museum as the city's can't-miss cultural spot. More than six million artifacts are on display here, including the world's largest totem pole, Roman antiquities and First Peoples art.

4:44 PM

To get a good feel for the city's eclectic and bohemian vibe, next stroll the maze of narrow streets and alleyways of Kensington Market. Here it's easy to stumble upon hidden cafes, record shops, vintage clothing stores and street performers. Kensington has long been an artists' hub, so make sure to pop into the many performance art spaces and art galleries you'll pass.

7:11 PM

Kick your night off right at the Distillery District, a pedestrian-friendly area with an industrial Victorian ambiance. Wander along the cobblestone streets, gazing at the surreal setting, on your way to dine at Cluny Bistro & Boulangerie. Dine on their patio, underneath up to 80,000 twinkling lights, and enjoy choosing from their Wine Spectator-recognized wine list.

9:36 PM

End the night back at the Bisha Hotel Toronto, where you can use your 100 CAD hotel credit - a SELECT benefit you receive for booking through our agency - for a nightcap at the Mister C Bar Room, a quintessential hotel lobby bar complete with impeccable service and your favorite bourbon on the menu.
