Tesoro del Mar guests have access to the private beach gate at Playa Las Gemelas, a pleasant walk downhill to one of the prettiest beaches on the Bay of Banderas. The villa has portable beach chairs for guest use; the houseman will guide guests down the first time, show everyone where to go. Tesoro del Mar guests have priveleges at one of the condo pool bars on the beach, but lounges are reserved for condo residents. For the climb back up the hill to the villa, there are always taxis parked at the gated entrance to the subdivision.
Playa Las Gemelas is a must-see and part of the Tesoro del Mar package; don't miss the hike down to this lovely beach while staying at this property. For further beach time, we recommend having the staff call taxis to take you to El Dorado Beach Club in Old Town, a 15 minute drive to lounges, umbrellas and wait staff at the center of Vallarta day-time culture, Los Muertos Beach.
